SONGS OF LOVE 

You sing your songs to me

When there are no friends around

When life gets hard and weary

And  aches and pains abound.

When evening shadows flee

Into the dark of night,

You sing Your songs of love

Filling my soul with delight.

As I listen to the rhythm

And the haunting melody,

Words of love fall gently

Within the heart of me.

 I write the songs of love

That You sing for me

And in thankful praise, dear Lord,

I offer them back to Thee.
