HIS PRESENCE

Can you feel His presence

When night shades disappear

And the glory of morning gives way

To song birds singing sweet and clear?

Can you feel His presence

When skies are dark and gray

And troubles seem to find you

Each step of your way?

And can you feel Him near you

When evening shadows fall,

When you’re tired from your labor

And on His name you call?

Can you feel His presence

As you journey here

On this road called life,

Do you travel without fear?

If not, just listen for His voice,

Still your troubled mind,

Practice being in His presence

And a constant friend you’ll find.
