Autumns
Gentle Reminders The
trees are changing colors With
leaves falling to the ground And
everywhere I chance to look God’s beauty can be found.
As
I gaze from my window The
colors of brown, red and gold Remind
me of my Saviour And stories in the bible told.
Red
leaves remind me of redemption The
precious blood that Jesus shed, Brown
for the loaves and fishes To the multitudes He fed.
Gold
reminds me of His love And
the remaining leaves of green
Represent His resurrection His perfection pure and clean.
I
love the autumn colors With
the
blue skies up above, All
are autumns gentle reminders Of my Saviours wondrous love. ©Lora Cox
